| PERSONAL INSURANCE |
| For ALL bookings, we strongly recommend that you have travel insurance in place from the moment you make your booking. Not only will this cover you during your trip, but it may also cover you in the unlikely event that you have to cancel your trip. |
| For ALL bookings involving an activity, it is imperative that you are suitably covered by your insurance policy for any activities in which you will be partaking. In many cases there is no legal obligation for the local activity supplier to be covered by insurance. Baltic Adventures cannot be held responsible for any eventualities as a result of not being covered. |
| By their very nature, many of our activities are not included on the list of most insurance companies’ list of approved activities, although they are listed with Travel & General, whose contact details are: |

|

Application forms are available from Post Offices and by phone (0845-606 2030) or you can process an application online: www.dh.gov.uk. |
