	Saunas are BIG in the Baltics.
During the weekend, come rain, wind, sun or snow, Baltic Sauna Houses are all packed with locals, beating each other with birch leaves before jumping into the nearest lake, cold bath or frozen lake. Afterwards, they sit with their mates over some beers and a banquet meal.

Relax and socialise in true Baltic style after your activities, and sweat out the excesses of the previous night or a hard day in the seminar room.

	For that ideal "get away from it all" feel, let us take you out into the beautiful unspoilt Baltic countryside to a traditional wooden log cabin, pine forests and lake. You can even go to a Soviet Era brick sauna. Worth it for the "step back in time" value alone.

Saunas are generally considered to have many health benefits, although if you are not used to prolonged periods of heat, you might want to restrict your time in the sauna.
